Running perlscripts as root?

You must use CGI wrapper (setuid wrapper). One is e.g.
http://www.fi.muni.cz/~sorm/ftp/cgi_wrap/, but I have only Czech
documentation for him.

About another one is a few sentences in Programming Perl (I think at
www.ora.com or somewhere where Larry Wall store his codes).
